Once an order has been placed it is not possible to cancel the order as all orders are sent to our warehouse immediately. You can send the goods back to us at your cost using our returns service which is charged at £4.95.
Orders are sent to our warehouse immediately and can be dispatched in as little as 1 hour. If you have placed an order more than an hour ago we will not be able to amend the delivery address. If it is within our open hours and less than one hour ago then please complete the order amend form here and ensure you include your order reference and new delivery address. You should also update your delivery address by logging in to your account.

The only thing that we can suggest is that you use your tracking information to contact the carrier, typically Royal Mail. They may be able to redirect your order and send it to a new address. If the person at the address rejects the item it will be sent back to Royal Mail and then to us. Please note it can take many weeks to come back to us from Royal Mail and we are unable to process a refund until the goods are received back and confirmed as being in saleable condition.
