  • How long will my collagen water last?

Tide collagen water has a shelf life of 18 months and you can find the best before date on the base of the can.

  • How many cans should I drink per day?

We recommend one can per day and no more than two cans per day.

  • Does it contain artificial sweeteners or flavourings?

No, there is a small amount of natural sugar (5g) and only real flavour.

Orders placed before 1pm will dispatch on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will dispatch on the following working day. Our carriers will attempt to deliver twice and also leave a collection card. If they are unable to deliver and you do not collect your parcel, the goods will be returned to us and you will be liable to pay any additional delivery charge.

Please note: once your order has been placed it is unlikely we will be able to change it as our warehouse processes orders immediately. 

International Orders

We do not currently offer international shipping however we are adding international distribution partners every month. If you think we should be in your region, send us an email and we will see what we can do. 

You can use a forwarding service such as Forward2Me and we will deliver to their UK address.

The tide water was super refreshing, light and subtle in flavour which is beautifully hydrating.

If I was to change anything, I would intensify the flavour more but that’s just my personal preference :)

I'm unable to eat , fed via a pump in to my tum. Drinks have to be very thin and fizzy if poss. Tide raspberry collogen is perfect for me. Highly recommended
