Orders placed before 1pm will dispatch on the same day. Orders placed after 1pm will dispatch on the following working day. Our carriers will attempt to deliver twice and also leave a collection card. If they are unable to deliver and you do not collect your parcel, the goods will be returned to us and you will be liable to pay any additional delivery charge.

Please note: once your order has been placed it is unlikely we will be able to change it as our warehouse processes orders immediately. 

International Orders

We do not currently offer international shipping however we are adding international distribution partners every month. If you think we should be in your region, send us an email and we will see what we can do. 

You can use a forwarding service such as Forward2Me and we will deliver to their UK address.
