Lovely flavours and stronger nails

I’ve tried the lemon and the raspberry and both are really tasty and nice enough to buy as a drink even without the collagen. Hard to know what helped as I started drinking this and taking NMN at the same time a few months ago but my nails are a lot stronger and I also have lots of new hair growth.

I've tried quite a few marine collagen drinks over the years, and Tide Sparkling Collagen Water is one of the nicest. The Lemon & Lime flavour is fresh and well balanced – it's not sour or overly sweet, and the level of fizz is just right to make it really refreshing.
One thing that really stood out is that there's no fishy aftertaste, which I've found can be an issue with some other marine collagen products. It genuinely tastes like a premium sparkling water rather than a supplement.
